Shenzhen Tencent Tower is located in the North Zone of Nanshan Science Park, at No. 10,000 Shennan Avenue, and marks Tencent’s first self‑built office building. Completed and commissioned on August 24, 2009, the tower stands 193 meters tall, with 39 floors above ground and 3 below, totaling approximately 88,200 square meters of floor space. Its modern design—featuring a glass curtain wall complemented by aluminum alloy accents—is instantly recognizable, while the interior offers state‑of‑the‑art amenities such as conference halls, a digital exhibition hall, and fitness facilities.
