Overview
The Sugar House Hotel faces the Lijiang River to the south, with mountains rising from the ground. The natural landscape inside the site is rich, leaving a60s sugar mills and industrial trusses for the transport of sucrose. In terms of site layout design, the standard guest room building and the villa are located on the two wings of the old sugar factory.,As a result, the old sugar factory still occupies the central axis of the entire hotel complex. The new building facade is mainly made of concrete“Back”The way of mixing font blocks with local stones is consistent with the green bricks of old buildings in terms of material texture and building logic, but the contemporary construction technology makes it present a more flexible and transparent visual effect, and at the same time improves the ventilation and lighting performance of the building. The new volume is strictly controlled to be lower than that of the old factory, and the sloping roof form and roof angle of the old sugar factory are followed, thus making the new and old buildings evolve and change in the same order.
