Job description
1. Responsible for the overall planning, marketing, promotion, customer relationship management and other system operational work of the shop;
2. Responsible for the shop's daily revision planning, shelving, promotion, sales, after-sales service and other operations and management work;
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the shop, ensure the normal operation of the shop, optimize the shop and product ranking;
4. Responsible for implementing and cooperating with the company's related marketing activities, and planning the store's promotional activities;
5. Responsible for collecting market and industry information and providing effective solutions;
6. Make sales plan and lead the team to achieve sales performance target;
7. Customer relationship maintenance, deal with related customer complaints and disputes;
8. Competitive product investigation.
Job specification
1. College degree or above, more than 3 years Tmall operation and promotion work experience;
2. According to company strategy and brand positioning, responsible for overall store planning, marketing, promotion, customer relationship maintenance, etc.
3. Proficient in store backstage operation management and Tmall game rules and make sales plans;
4. Familiar with the use of tools such as through train, drilling exhibition, taking cost and gold coins.
5. Implement and achieve the company's established performance targets, and put forward effective solutions to market and industry information.
